Karma Points app is your tool to keep track of the good activities you do on a daily, monthly, yearly and lifetime basis. True happiness does not come by amassing wealth or enjoying selfishly, it comes from selfless service. This app allows you to create "Karma Action" and assign points to the selfless activity you did in real life. This activity can be made visible just to you, your friends, your groups or all users of the app based on who you want to inspire. You could also create "Karma Action" for another user who did the activity but is too humble to create it on the app and that person will accrue points.
For example, say you help a blind man cross the road, then you can enter a karma action and assign points to the activity. You can post pictures or video of your selfless service. You can share this activity with you friends, all users or just keep it to yourself.
To request service from your friends or your groups or all other users you can create a "Karma Request". You can select one of the user who expressed interest and assign the request to that person. Once the request is fulfilled by the user, you will have the opportunity to acknowledge completion and close the request. Then the request will be converted into a "Karma Action" for the person who did the service and will get the allotted karma points.
For example, say you want help painting your grandparents house, you can create a Karma request with say 5 Karma points, you can add description, pictures and video of the activity you need help with. You can post this request to all users or all your friends or a group of friends or a single person. Once users express interest to help, you can assign it to one of the users. Then once the user indicates that request is complete you can acknowledge completion.
You could browse through activities and requests shared by other users and provide feedback in the form of "Likes" or "Comments". This app does not allow you to share messages and forward content like other social networking applications since its sole purpose is to share good activities and not textual content.
Hence this app would help you become a better version of yourself by motivating you and other users to take up more and more selfless service to fellow human beings.
